“Kelly is amazing! I bring my Italian Greyhound for her ultrasonic teeth cleaning every 3 months and Kelly is always so good with my dog as she can be nervous and timid. Always gives me good advise on what to keep doing and what to change and I have seen such improvements in my dog's teeth and breath. If I could give out more stars I would!”
“We took our pup in for a bath, brush, de-shed masque and nail trim. She went a mess and came out absolutely stunning. Beyond this being a wonderful service we were very happy with Kelly and how she handled our dog. We wanted our pup to be handled gently as she can be nervous and Kelly was amazing. We will definitely be repeat clients.”
“My big boy thoroughly enjoyed his pamper as you can see by his face! Kelly was very patient with him as he can be nervous of new people and he’s a lot of dog to handle! I cannot recommend her enough. He smelt amazing afterwards, can’t wait for his next appointment so glad we found you, Thankyou Kelly x”
“Kelly is a top-class groomer and a lovely person who is also able to maintain dogs' good dental health. Highly recommended.”
“With having a full of energy cockapoo, Kelly has always been so loving and professional towards her. We have always loved the results and our cockapoo always seems very happy when we drop her off and collect her. We would definitely recommend Kelly!”

Good to know
Before your first visit.
A few simple house rules keep every groom calm, safe and on time. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Your first booking
A £25 booking fee secures your first appointment and is taken off the final groom price. It's only needed for your first visit. Booking fees are non-refundable with less than 48 hours' notice, and refunded fees have a £2.50 processing fee deducted.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full groom price.
Paying
Payment is due in full on collection, by cash or card.
Matted coats
Severely matted coats need clipping short to protect your dog's welfare. Additional charges apply for the extra grooming time and equipment wear.
Fleas and health
All pets must arrive free from fleas, and fit and well to be groomed. If fleas are found an additional cleaning fee may apply or the groom may be stopped, and a groom can be stopped where there are health concerns.
